Our services include:
- receiving and holding your mail securely until it is required to be forwarded at no charge (a UK street address can be supplied - again at no charge)
- sending it to an address of your choice anywhere in the world
- posting mail to you as we receive it, weekly, monthly or at any time you request
- scan received mail and forward as part of an e-mail (mail2email service)
- acting as a forwarding agent for purchases (e.g. from eBay/Amazon)
- receiving an e-mail, printing and posting on your behalf (email2mail service)
Unlike other providers, we make no charge for set up, storage, packing, or notification when items are sent and an account statement is provided every time a forwarding is made. We also have a low cost ‘pay by item’ service, for lower volume users.
boatmail.co.uk aims to be the first choice supplier of specialist mail forwarding services providing a secure receiving address in the UK for both personal and business customers mail. We also provide our specialist services to the caravan and motorhome users, the mobile workforce community, ocean going yachtsmen and those who have retired or living in another part of the world. Our principles are to provide an excellent service at an easy to understand and reasonable price without compromising on quality.
Our service can be used by anyone who has short or long term mail forwarding requirements due to work or leisure activities and who would find it easier to have a permanent UK address for their mail to be delivered and then forwarded as required. You may wish to collect mail at the local Post Office in the UK using the Poste Restante service.
We generally operate through a Post Office Box number (although we can provide a street address on request at no additional charge). Our fees are reasonable, when considered against other mail forwarding providers in the market, and you are assured of a prompt and professional response to any request of us.
