Business Mail Forwarding aims to be the premier supplier of mail forwarding services to small businesses in the UK providing a secure receiving address with a professional response to any request.

We are able to offer services to individuals and sole trader businesses only (not partnerships or limited companies) due to money laundering legislation.

Our services include:

• receiving and holding mail until it is required
• forwarding mail to an address of your choice anywhere in the world
• sending mail to you at a time to suit be this on receipt, weekly, monthly or on request
• acting as a forwarding agent for purchases (for delivery outside the UK we accept packages/items up to 2kg in weight) to satisfy demand from on-line shops such as e-Bay

• scan mail and forward as an e-mail (mail2e-mail service)

We can supply a variety of addresses for you mail, for business use, so that you can determine how you want your mail addressed by customers.

We generally operate through a Post Office Box number  (although we can provide a street address on request at no additional cost) and can forward mail to anywhere in the world. Our fees are reasonable, when considered against others in the market, and you are assured of a prompt response to any request of us. Therefor, you can decide how you want you mail to be addressed either to a street address or to an established Royal Mail Box number.

For the street address, you can choose whatever name/title required providing we have this available

As a business, you can specify a address description that allows you to identify where your mail has been sent from. For instance, you may want to run an advertising campaign and know which advert/medium produced the best results. This is designed for small businesses. Alternatively, you may want to use your business name so we can forward mail to a specific or changing address including opening/scanning the items providing you a short lead time to any request. You can therefore use whatever description suits your arrangements with mail being addressed relative to the product sold.

We can quickly set up the above (normally within a day) to enable the lead time of thought through to activity to be very short. There is no set up charge only the forwarding charge based on either a membership charge or by items received. Please follow complete our business application form.
