Post Office Box.org.uk aims to be the first choice supplier of specialised mail addresses in the UK for forwarding to another address.

We can supply a variety of addresses for you mail, for personal (and in the future business use), so that you can determine how you want your mail addressed.

We generally operate through a Post Office Box number  (although we can provide a street address on request at no additional cost) and can forward mail to anywhere in the world. Our fees are reasonable, when considered against others in the market, and you are assured of a prompt response to any request of us. Therefore, you can decide how you want you mail to be addressed either to a street address or to an established Royal Mail Box number.

For the PO Box address we use, the addressing would have to be in the format:

For the street address however, you can choose whatever name/title/brand required followed by the street address providing we have this available.

If you are a small business, you can specify a address description that allows you to identify where your mail has been sent from. For instance, you may want to run an advertising campaign and know which advert/medium produced the best results. This is designed for small businesses who need to keep a strict control on advertising costs. Alternatively, you may want to use your business name so we can forward mail to a specific or changing address including opening/scanning the items so you have a short lead time to any request. You can therefore use whatever description suits your arrangements with mail being addressed relative to the demand.

We can quickly set up the above (normally within a day) to enable the lead time of thought through to activity to be very short. There is no set up charge only the forwarding charge based on either the membership fee or by item service.

We can also supply business services such as phones, mobiles, broadband, non geographic numbers (0800/0845/0844/0871) and other utilities (gas, electricity etc).
