For boatmail.co.uk to forward your mail, we ask you to download and complete our application form (apply for personal mail forwarding or apply for business mail forwarding) so we have the details required to fulfil your requirements. You can download a copy from this website, we can send one by email (as a PDF) or in the post as required. We currently accept applications from individuals and sole trader businesses only due to money laundering legislation.
If you want to reduce the amount of ‘junk mail’ received by us for forwarding, application can be made to The Mail Preference Service

On receipt, we will contact you to advise how to address mail to us for forwarding and advise street address details if requested on the application form
Acknowledgement of application and commencement of service can normally be completed within a couple of days
