For boatmail.co.uk to forward your mail, we ask you to download and complete our application form (apply for mail forwarding) so we have the details required to fulfil your requirements. You can download a copy from this website, we can send one by email (as a PDF) or in the post as required. We currently accept applications from any individuals and sole trader businesses only (not Limited Companies or Partnerships) due to money laundering legislation.
If you want to reduce the amount of ‘junk mail’ received by us for forwarding, application can be made to The Mail Preference Service

To ensure a level of security, we ask that each adult who wants their mail forwarded provides a signature as an agreement for this to happen (you may wish to print the form, complete, scan and sent the application form by e-mail).to speed the application process.
On receipt, we will contact you to advise how to address mail to us for forwarding which will include the free street address.
