Fees (Subscription Service and Retainers ‘Pay as you Go’)

Fees from July 2026 until further notice. All payments must be made in advance of any service being provided.

Mail Forwarding and Scanning service:

Subscription Fees (P/A or P/M):

Subscriptions can be purchased either annually or on a monthly basis.

All payments are due on the 1st of the month.

A reminder is sent for Annual Subscription payments the month before payment is due.

For Monthly Subscriptions, we advise that a standing order is set up with your bank / building society to pay the Monthly Subscription on the 1st of the month.

Retainer Fee - Pay As You Go (PAYG):

For members who receive smaller volumes of post, but wish to use the service to manage their online accounts and services, we offer an annual Retainer Fee to ensure the boatmail.co.uk account remains open to receive infrequent items. (E.g. Bank cards).

Account defaults or fraudulent use of boatmail.co.uk services:

If at any time there is reasonable doubt that the services being provided are being abused by the account holder, boatmail.co.uk reserves the right to immediately withdraw from providing any further services and to retain any funds in the postage/fee bond to cover costs incurred as a result of inappropriate use of our services.
