For scanned items, no postage charge is made when sending by e-mail (sent as a PDF
All payments must be made in advance of any service being provided.
To reflect costs incurred, postings requiring a Post Office receipt will incur an
additional £5 charge (e.g. Recorded Signed For, Special Delivery, International Signed
For us to scan or forward your mail, we ask you to complete our application form
(apply for mail forwarding) so we have the details required to fulfil your requirements.
We can also provide one-off postings for customers who require our services for one
item only (max weight overseas of 2kg applies and no dimension to exceed 60cm). The
charge is £10 plus postage at cost and the total fee will be invoiced via e-mail
for payment to be made prior to posting.
For each side of A4 printed, a charge of 50p is made. Mail forwarding costs (postage/fee
charge) are dependant on either the membership or Pay as you Go service used and
shown above. No charge is made for enveloping/packaging.
Membership can be either be purchased for a year, on a monthly basis (no minimum
period) or Pay as you Go by the number of items to be forwarded.
No set up, storage, enveloping or sending of an account statement or charge for the
UK residential street is made.
Membership services start on the 1st of each month.
Any applications received for either monthly or annual subscriptions after the 10th
of the month will have their payment commencing from the start of the next month
although the account will be open from the date of application - in effect up to
20 days free !
For every item forwarded with an annual or monthly membership a handling charge of
50p is made. Our ‘Pay as you Go’ service is charged at £5.00 handling per item forwarded.
All mail will be forwarded by Royal Mail 1st class postage/airmail services at cost.
This cost plus the handling fee is deducted from the postage/fee bond (see above
Every time mail is sent, a statement of account will be sent by e-mail to show the
payment received, charges made and balance remaining. When the bond reduces to £5
or lower, the postage bond will need to be topped-up (£25 for any type of service).
For scanned items only the handling fee applies, unless the item is extremely large
and cannot be handled by the email system.
No charge is made for retaining mail that has been scanned. Any such mail will be
stored until the end of the calendar month following scanning. and then destroyed
(shredded). Items can be forwarded to the customer on request within this period
at the appropriate fee plus postage.
On closure of any agreement to provide a mail forwarding service, a refund will be
made for the amount of postage/fee bond remaining.
