Fees (membership and by item/pay as you go services)
All payments must be made in advance of any service being provided.
For us to forward your mail, we ask you to complete our application form (personal or business) so we have the details required to fulfil your requirements.

For scanned items, no charge is made when sending by e-mail (sent as a PDF) attachment.
We can also provide one off postings for customers who require our services for one item only (max weight overseas of 2kg applies and no dimension to exceed 60cm). The charge is £7.50 plus postage at cost and total fee will be invoiced via e-mail for payment to be made by credit/debit card.

For each side of A4 printed, a charge of 25p is made. Mail forwarding costs (postage/fee charge) are dependant on either the membership or by item service used and shown above. No charge is made for enveloping/packaging.

Description of fees
Membership can be either be purchased for a year, on a monthly basis (no minimum period) or paid by the number of items to be forwarded. No set up, storage, enveloping/packaging or provision of a statement charge is made.
For every item forwarded with an annual or monthly membership a charge of 25p is made. Our by item service is charged at £1.25 per item forwarded. All mail will be forwarded by Royal Mail 1st class postage/airmail services at cost and the postage/fee bond (see above in fees) reduced by the this amount and the item charge. Every time mail is sent, a statement of account will be sent to show the monies received, charges made and balance remaining. When the bond reduces to £5, the postage bond will need to be funded (by £25 for any type of service).
No postage/sending charge is raised for the sending of a scanned item by e-mail.
No charge is made for retaining mail that has been scanned. Any such mail will be stored for one month from date of scanning and then destroyed (shredded). Items will be forwarded to the customer on request at the appropriate fee plus postage.
On closure of any agreement to provide a mail forwarding service, a cheque will be forwarded to the last advised address (unless specifically requested to be different) for the amount of postage/fee bond remaining.
