An easy way to receive your mail wherever you are in the world as
part of an e-mail
We have developed this service to help turn your physical or ‘snail mail’ into part of an email. If you are always on the move, and travelling by boat, caravan or motorhome then we can get you mail to your computer, handheld device, mobile phone or email address. As this is an electronic service, wherever you are in the world, you can receive your mail.
All you require is access to your e-mail account. So, you may have mobile broadband connecting to your computer or, if you are overseas, pop into an Internet café, using WiFi Hotspot to pick up your mail
Some people enjoy escaping from the mail coming through the letterbox and come home when their holiday, break or business trip is finished. For an increasing number of people, life is moving to an on-line world but mail still arrives at a street address.
Your mail will be sent to us at a secure address in the UK. We then scan the item producing a PDF (which can be read/displayed by virtually all computers) and forward this as part of an e-mail
Electronic versions are normally deleted at the end of the month following scanning, but if you do need the original retained or forwarded, we can store this free of charge and forward when you are able to advise us of a suitable forwarding address.
